I'm an ebay lover. There are some sellers on there that have wonderful clothes at really nice prices. One I really like is http://stores.ebay.com/Kikis-Fashion_W0QQssPageNameZstrkQ3amefsQ3amesstQQtZkm . The styles are right up my alley and the sizes are varied enough that even us bigger girls can get really cute stuff. I love their shirts the most.

Motherhood has some cute stuff...Also, Ross or try some second hand stores...maternity clothes aren't worn for very long so second hand ones are practically new....however, may I suggest that you don't buy too much just yet. I started buying maternity clothes early in my pregnancy only to find out that my butt and legs and boobs did a bit of growing too!! But it didn't happen until I was about 6-7 months along so all the stuff that I bought early, became too small! This is pretty common too. Most women go through a month when they gain more weight than in any other month. It is okay and still comes out even in my total weight gain...but my pants just didn't fit anymore and those cute empire waist tops....my boobs don't fit in the boob spaces anymore!!! Oh, and bras....If you are going to nurse, buy one nursing bra a cup size larger than you normally wear, then wait for your milk to come in and stabalize before you buy anymore...in the first two weeks, your boobs might be 2-3 sizes larger, but will go down a bit after the first month or so once you have a set feeding schedule.
Good luck and Congratulations!

I have to tell you I was SHOCKED and very disappointed at the lack of plus-size maternity clothes!!! Retailers need to figure this out.

Motherhood Maternity has a decent selection in Plus size and I got some really cute jeans there in size 1x. I get lots of compliments on them. They have larger sizes too.

Their holiday dresses are hideous, though, and there clothes are pretty cheaply made overall.

As for career wear, I'd say plus-size pregnant women are definitely screwed!!! Motherhood Maternety has only ONE pair of career pants in plus-size on their web site, and they are not too good looking. Mimi Maternity has NOTHING whatsoever in plus size and neither does Pea in the Pod. Nordstrom.com maternity has some nice stuff, pricey though, but only up to size XL no actual "plus size."

I also strongly suggest try stuff on in the store when you are 12 to 16 weeks along, rather than ordering it online early because I found the maternity stuff fits me differently than other clothes.

Good luck!!!!

My wife has found that motherhood maternity and JCpenny have a good selection of plus size clothes on-line. Also Lane Bryant has added a maternity line to the selection, I do not know if it is available in stores yet but it is on-line now.

Good luck

Try OneHotMama.com

I was frustrated by motherhood maternity, as in the large, metropolitan town I lived in, their biggest size was 14.

Ironically, here in the boondocks, they carry plus sizes. Go fig.

One Hot Mama carries cools stuff, though sizing can be a little hit & miss...

well my mom swears up and down shes buying all of mine from walmart...but i've seen those off brand stores when just driving up and down the street. if you dont mind off brand stuff. they fit more comfy, and they are cute. hip and laid back...so you wont have to look like a mother right away. :) lol i've also seen things that make you look like a granny.... eww.

love jen.
