My boss is a 40yr. old female, who’s allergic to everything under the sun so perfume and soap sets are out of the question and I already gave her gift cards to Starbucks & Borders for her b-day. So what's an inexpensive/easy Christmas gift?

A nice bottle of wine (if she drinks) is always a great gift - otherwise a monogramed stationary set or something for her desk would be a nice touch.

Does she like going to the movies? If so, a gift card from the local movie theatre would be nice. Also- gift cards from book stores like Borders or Barnes and Noble are nice. She can use the gift card to buy a book, CD or DVD. No allergic reactions to gift cards I take it?

Get her some cute Post-It notes--they have very colorful ones with different designs. Add some nice magnets or paper clips, colorful rubber bands, pens, etc.

A leather business card holder is also nice and not expensive.

A box calendar related to one of her interests.

hmm... it particularly is a tricky concern continually.... does he even anticipate a modern? sometimes bosses supply out presents yet do no longer anticipate something in return, in simple terms your timeless gratitude and persevered loyalty. That has been my adventure. in any different case, it relatively is a contest to work out who provides the nicest present. My suggestion could be a pair of tickets to a pair spectacular adventure (something that he likes) in a card, or contribute to his well-liked reason... those are my humble suggestions.
