You are perfect, except that you didn't capitalize the first word of your question.

Perfection is an idea- which is to say it is a mental object, not unlike infinity, forever and others. In its fullest and strictest sense, perfection may not exist in the real world. Neither does infinity. To prove that infinity or perfection existed, an observer would have to scrutinize every detail of the proposed perfect or infinite object forever to make sure that there was no point in which imperfection or finite-ness occurred.
So in practical terms, we say that something can be practically perfect or virtually infinite, or that certain aspects of an object are practically perfect.
Regarding people, how shall we define perfection of the human being? A person who never does anything wrong? Perhaps a person in an irreversable coma could qualify; one who never does anything cannot do anything wrong. Or maybe a newborn baby who has not yet done anything that could be considered wrong.
This would narrow the definition of personhood so that what consitutes being a person does not include any physical attributes at all: a person would be only a set of actions.
If that isn't good enough, if we have to consider physical perfection, the going is even worse. We would have to define a "perfect" height, weight, skin and hair color, fitness level and so on.
All people eventually die, so no human perfection is perfectly infinite and true perfection- in my way of seeing it- would need to be of an enduring quality.
My wife is perfect and she expects me to be perfect also. I may not make it.

A person who does not know that the person is perfect is in fact perfect.

No person is perfect. Perfection cannot be achieved by a human being, but we can come pretty close.

The dead person. Perfection equals stasis. As long as you are alive you are in process, you are changing. If you have been perfected, you will cease to need to grow and change. Even those bodhisattvas who attained enlightenment, but elected to stay in with world of Samasara (to help the rest of us) , weren't perfect until they entered Nirvana.

Each person is perfect.

as Mary Poppins said, "I'm practically perfect in every way."

It's impossible to be perfect, because that would mean that your body would have to live forever,

but being practically perfect is different. People are practical if they choose to.

Also, it's a sort of pun intended, to be practically perfect is not exactly perfect, but close enough.
