OKAY for one thing..Don't tell me I'm too young to think I'm pregnant..I already know this...
I have hormonal imbalance and I had sex with my boyfriend on Oct 27...I haven't had my period but I've been cramping and stuff like that...I took 2 pregnancy test and they both said no but i heard hormonal imbalance could interfere with this..What are the symptoms for 1 1/2 of pregnancy..
Is this normal for teenagers to not be normal on their periods..

First off, what ever happens, remind yourself that even unplanned, a baby is a gift from God. Sorry I just find it annoying when peopel have to "now what are you going to do, you screwed up" advice, you know what you did, it says it in plain englesh in your question. Now back to answering you, a hormonal imbalace will cause wacky hormones to ebb and flow in your body, there are certain hormones that regulate your menstraul cycle, so it is a possibility your hormonal imbalace is to blame. Second, when you take a preganacy test, you have to test after you havd a missed period for an accurate reading, meaning if you were Due Nov 10-th, you should test after that date, so I dont know when you tested. As far as pregnacy symtoms, morning sickness (happens anytime of day) stronger sense of smell, food cravings, and feeling very tired, but morning sickness(although not everyone experiences this) is the big clue.

I have a hormonal imbalace, called PCOS not sure if that what you have, but when I was 17 I went through 15 pregnacy tests because I didnt have a period for 5 months! I tested negative everytime, but at this point I didnt know I had PCOS, so I was going crazy!

Best case senario, its your hormones, and if that the case talk more to your doctor about what kind of imbalancve you have, and try to learn about treatment options, to get balanced (I am not big on percriptions, I like herbal/viatmin alternative med) but what ever you and your family feel is safe, the bottom line you need to balance out your hormones.

In the not so favorable out come, your preganat, It will be hard, but come cleanm with your parents, if your not ready for a child, please consider adoption, 9 months of carrying and a life saved is worth it!

What ever happens I wish you the best of luck
Oh and please dont pay attentionm to the overly rude comments, some peopel just like being mean, and collecting the 2 points!

By the way, in the future, be more careful about safe sex, I know your going through a crazy time, where your scared and worried about whats going on in your body, but if all goes well, and your not pregnant take this as a learning experience.

The only best way to figure out if your are or not, is to do a blood test. You can get this done at your local Hospital for only $15-20 and they are 99.9% accurate. If your really worried about having a baby, honestly sweetie, the best thing to do is to protect yourself. And you said not to say it, but I will say it. You ARE too young. Don't have a baby since you already ARE a baby. Grow up and experience the world. Make dang sure that your boyfriend knows the consenquences of his actions too. Most boyfriends will leave you after you are pregnant. If he hasn't already, and you ARE pregnant, I would say if he loves you that much to stay by your side, then get married. I would also take a baby class. They help you understand what a "Mother" actually does. At 15, you don't have a job yet, and you haven't finished High School. Get those done before you have a baby, because a baby changes EVERYTHING.

Hormonal imbalances can play with your periods. You can go without having one or have more than one in a month.
Until you go to a physician or free clinic to be tested with a blood sample, you will not know for sure unless you get a urine pregnancy test that reads positive.

But this far out, and pregnancy tests are still negative, you are probably not pregnant.

Use protection EVERY time you have sex or don't have it at all unless you want to worry about being pregnant all the time or getting pregnant.

It is VERY normal for teenagers to have irregular periods. Wait another week or so and take another pregnancy test. If that one says negative also, then you are pretty safe.

Since I know you have internet access, you can look up a pregnancy site for common signs and symptoms of pregnancy. Babycenter should have some decent information.

Also, if you are worried about becoming pregnant (you knew this was coming), you need to get some sort of birth control. Planned Parenthood and County Health Departments generally offer free or very cheap birth control- condoms, pills, patches, shots, and other forms. You don't need parental consent for these places, and they are confidential so no one will ever know that you went there. Protect yourself :-)

The best way to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test at a doctor's office. Medical clinics and Planned Parenthood can perform these tests, also, if you don't want to use your family doctor. Some of the early symptoms of pregnancy include fatigue and tender breasts. Good luck, and take care of yourself.

look people, if you are not going to give her some advice then please don't say anything alright? People can be so rude at times I swear...Anyways go to the doctor to take a pregnancy test at a doctor's office or you can wait for a while and then take the pregnancy test by yourself if you don't want your parents to know.
Hopefully everything will be solved and you can start living normally again without worries about being pregnant.
Good Luck!

Yeah your right you are too young, but yes it could be hormonal imbalance that could be interfering with you ovulation. have you ever been late before? If this has never happened before I suggest you see your dcotor and if you dont want anyone else to know maybe you should try your local health department to figure out what is wron. Theres a possibility you might be and might not.

okay first don't really listen to all the people who are telling you that you got yourself into the problem so you should get you self out...
remember that there was someone else involved aswell and he is going to have to be responsible as well, if you hapen to be prego.
at home test don't always work i would go to you local clinic, they can give you an abbsolutly error proof test.
......
most teenagers don't have "normal periods" but you have to look at your past period cycles...
and i suggest going and getting on birth controle, if it turns out that you are not preg.
good luck

It is incredibly normal for any woman to have abnormal periods, especially someone young and stressed out, though. If the test says no, it's pretty accurate. If you are still concerned, head to the free clinic. Your parents never have to know.

And ask them about birth control and condoms while you are there.
