(I did the same thing when my family first got cable TV: I watched like 36 hours straight because I didn't want to miss anything, but the joke was on me, because there really is nothing to watch anymore.)

make a deal with yourself that you will study for a certain amount of time and then have little breaks to reward yourself....for example, study for 90 mins. then give yourself 30-45 mins. of free time....so you can study and answer questions
