Should I get Xbox Live(regular)?

i was thinking about getting an xbox live for one year's service, but my parents think i shouldn't. i have halo 2, madden 06, and espn 2k5. i have a speaker com, and headset for it, all that is left is the service. And i can only afford to get that for xbox, i don't have a 360. Should I get it? Why or Why Not?

I actually just asked this question 2 days ago lol. I have gone to a lot of forums to get peoples thought, and they all agreed that it is well worth it to get it. A lot of people play games like halo 2 on there.

Yes, it is worth it considering that you have Halo 2, you might want to get Madden 07 though.
