Not much. I would just tell the doc that you dont know the date. They will do an ultrasound to try to find a round about date that you are due.

It's pretty difficult even after the development of your baby is somewhat figured it. I didn't know the day of my last period before I became pregnant and I never figured it out. Even when you have an ultrasound done, they can only narrow it down to a couple of weeks.

I always try to think of an event or something that happen when I had my period to give me a round about day, if not you will have to wait for an ultrasound, or when doctor can hear the heart beat to give you a round about gestatinal age.

Go to the doctor and get a pregnancy test done. They can tell how far along you are by blood and urine tests. The procedure is painless and this way you can be sure and take care of yourself.
If you don't have health insurance, you can go to any local "Planned Parenthood" agency and get the test done for under $10.
I hope this is helpful. Good luck to you.

The doctor will draw a blood test and count your hormones there and tell you in what week your baby is, therefore give a very close estimate of the date of your last period.

Ask your doctor, he can calculate it for you, otherwise you can guess by using the dates of your last period and counting forward about 28 days...
