LOTS of brushing with a soft teeth tooth brush, scope or Listerine, flossing and if it does not work, see a dentist!!

First talk to your local dentist. Then if unless told otherwise, brush your gums using a circular motion with a soft toothbrush, do this after every meal, then rinse with mouth wash.

You may have to see a dentist if your gums are infected.....which could also be dangerous later in life if left untreated. But your first answer is also what I would have said. Best of luck to you.

You could try Dental Floss and Brushing regular.

u can start by going to the dentist. If that doesn't help see a doctor, normally a family doctor would do just great.
