On the Chritmas show "Rudolf the Red Nose Reindeer" Why was the doll on misfit island?

All of the other toys on misfit island had obvious disabilities. They never say what was her problem.

I think she had psychological problems. Seriously.

OMG! Thank you for asking that! I brought that up to my husband the other day, too. Does she have tears? I seem to remember that she had tears coming down her face, or was that just because she was on the island?
I'm going to have to give it another look!

She was anatomically correct.
