what is the film or program?

what is the film or program where some men are in a boat in a sewer, they go to a place and print some money, then go back into the boat in the sewer and the boat starts to sink, thats all i remember of it.

It could be 'Who's Minding the Mint?', a comedy movie I saw many years ago. I think some of the action takes place in a sewer.
