You are probably right Mexico has no extradition laws with the U.S. wich means they are not willing to send fugitives back to the states. However if the kid is not yours you shouldn't need to pay. Have the court order a paternity test.

First of all, a paternity test will legally determine if in fact you are the father of this child. Since you are seemingly certain that this is by no means the case, then there is no reason whatsoever for you to go anywhere.
On a more general note, people leave from one place and travel to another when involved in legal matters so as not be within the jurisdiction of the authorities in the place where these problems originated. They are typically considered fugitives at this juncture, and it is not always possible to avoid extradition in every case.
Different countries have different laws governing the return of individuals wanted for various reasons in other jurisdictions. Also, there is often the mitigating contigency as to what status exists in regards to an individual's citizenship in the country where refuge is sought.
Bear in mind, the litterature is quite well full of documented circumstances where the sovereign laws of a country other than the US have been ignored as fugitives have been kidnapped without any regard whatsoever for the due process that may exist in the nation where such activity has taken place. Once the FBI or CIA or military detail has the individual in their custody and subsequently back on US soil, the matter returns to square one, and the US Justice Department once more can throw all of the power and influence at their disposal into achieving their intended result. Legalities aside, international law ignored, and mission accomplished.

If you think the baby is not your then request paternity test, That will determine if you are the father or not and if you are not the father you would not be responsible for child support. Your second question...People run to Mexico to ex cape the law in the USA....Mexico under most conditions does not extradite as far I have heard.

Dude, she can't force you to pay child support without a paternity test to prove that the baby is yours. If it is not yours you are totally off the hook. Of course, if it is yours you should do the right thing and help support your child.
Either way, with hundreds of thousands of Mexicans doing everything possible to enter and work in this country, do you really think you would be better off there than here?

you only have two ways to run up or down, if you run up you can hide in canada, if you run down then you can hide in Mexico. Other than that you would have to fly or swim away. With todays technology you will be caught eventually but if the baby isn't yours get a blood test to verify and you have nothing to worry about if it isn't yours. If it is yours be a man and pay for the kid it's not his/her fault.

The cops don't care or you can bribe them. In your case, you don't have to run. Just do a paternity test to prove the child isn't yours and you will be off the hook.

people go to mexico because it borders the us and is easy to get into. and the authorities there are less concerned about finding you. canada had more police and could find you quicker.
are you sure the kid isn't yours? you shouldn't be paying support for one that isn't yours. legally you shouldn't have to.
