I've been gradually stretching my ears for the past 2 1/2 years. I've been at 2 ga for about 4 months and went to 0 ga on Friday. I ripped my left ear and its very sore.

Does anyone know any tips or tricks to make the swelling go down?

Nah, I don't need stitches. I just need something to make the swelling go down, I think I'll start soaking it.

I had a blowout my first attempt to go from a 2 to a 0g, so I know what you're feeling. I'd reccommend keeping it moist with a vitamin-rich lotion and occasionally using a warm damn rag because heat will improve the circulation.

ouch... you need to keep it clean. Do you need stitches? Pardon me for being an idiot, i do not know that much about ear stretching, but it just sounds very painful. I hope your ear better.
