I lost my right tube and ovary to endometriosis about a year and a half ago. We tried for six months and I am now 12 weeks pregnant with my third child. Yes its possible. There is a chance that the remaining tube and ovary takes over for the missing one and drops an egg each month, or the remaining tube stays on its schedule and drops one every other month. My doctor told me either could happen.

For the lady who said not sure what your chances are of being able to carry the baby, your chances are exactly the same as if you had two.

I'm right there with you. I had an tubal pregnancy 15 years ago. They had to remove the whole tube. I've been pregnant twice since with both girls living. They are now 12 and 14. You chances are just cut in half, where the egg developes while traveling down the intact tube every other month. Hope this helps!

My sister got pregnant quite easily with only one tube. Unfortunately that was also an ectopic pregnancy so she lost her other tube. But I think that there are new techniques now where they can save the tube.
If you do get pregnant again, tell your doctor straight away so they can give you an early scan to check the pregnancy isn't ectopic.
My sister did go on to have another baby with IVF.

OH YEAH!! I thought it was impossible and I was tempted to try Clomid, but I wasnt really "trying" to get pregnant. None the less, I've been pregnant twice since then. I was pregnant in March of this year (blighted ovum). And just found out one week ago Im expecting again! Im sure it's a blessing so Im very excited.

I know it can take a little longer, but should be possible.

I have a relative who had an eptopic preganacy and had a tube removed and then went on to have 7 children, no probs (no I'm not kidding).

So hopefully, be optimistic and everthing should be ok!
