Kia's in my opinion are a cheaply made vehicle

I do not like KIAS I had one and at the 60000 miles after the warranty it went bad with the transmission then at the 100000 miles it died all together there were a lot of problems in between also. Also my grandparents had got 2 one for each and one dose not work and one dose but has 352 miles think that is still why. I say Honda and Toyota if money is a issue Sion is made by Toyota and is really good for a few friends of mine. Yea they look kinda funny but you should not be on the side of the road with one.

Kia are going up in the world of motoring but the older models aren't great. Should be cheap to purchase though.

A good solid car - those who "knock" it probably
never owned one or even driven one.

I have had KIA`s since 1997 (4 of them) and even with high milage and harsh Nordic winters
they have not once given me any problems.

How many cars can you say that about ?

You get what you pay for, not that bad but not brilliant. Still better than an equivalent UK model at the same price.

Built down to a price, so could be trouble at high mileages.

I'd stick to anything Japanese, Toyota/Honda/Suzuki/Daihatsu

Expensive to fix.

Avoid.
