I would like to try this Hoodia 911 diet thing. I hear it really works. Those of you that have tried it, did you really "cut" back on your food intake or just do it in moderation by cutting back with in reason & not starving yourself.

I have used hoodia before. Not this 911 stuff but another called Pur-Hoodia Plus. I did notice a decrease in my appetite and some weight loss. It is not a rapid method and you still have to eat healthy and exercise but it does help. Drinking lots of water helps it work also. If your looking to lose it and keep it off I would suggest trying it but it's not for quick fixes.

I have not ever heard of them. Really, in the event you desire to free weight, you must speak on your surgeon. Pills CANNOT be a replacement for vitamin and activity, however they are able to be an ADDITIONAL support. A surgeon will also be lovely useful to your choice of whether or not or to not take drugs, and if that is so which of them to take.
