ordered over the internet, how long should it be until i get a confirmation e-mail?

I'm a little worried because I did the order over the phone and still haven't gotten the confirmation e-mail.

Usually within one business day but you ordered over the phone, right? Many times an email confirmation will not be given for phone orders.

If you were given an order number then you may be able to track order status from their website, otherwise you'd do well to call again and ask them to confirm your order.

Usually you should get a confirmation within a day or two at most...but since it's Christmas season and it's pretty hectic, maybe it's taking a lilttle longer. *shrugs shoulders* Hope that helps!
