The home remedy to lower body heat is by drinking amla juice with honey and lime juice with water on an empty stomach every morning or drink pomegranate juice with 2 - 3 drops of almond oil. Some school of thought believe that jaggery, meat, fish, coffee, papayas are supposed to be hot foods and curd, butter milk, fruit juices are cold foods but there is no scientific proof for it.

Daily you bathing a cool water at morning and evening . It is useful for decreasing the boady heat. iam also have a heat body.

spicy food, hot bowls of soup, that's all i can think of that rises up temperature. Lowers temperature sour cream, cream cheese, dairy products, dont try water after eating spicy foods because that increases, umm same with high carbonate sodas

body heat depends upon blood circulation.the more will we strain the more will be heat.so please be calm and cool
