Or how many do your kids get now? I always got a lot from santa. My husband only got one. We kind of wanted to know how it was with every one else.

I got about six to twelve. Lots of good stuff, although I don't know that my parents spent a mint on it. My sister and I were probably a bit spoiled.
They were extremely generous, given what they had. That's what was important!

I usually get about 5 or 6. One year I got 4, but the things were relatively expensive(electronics, video games, and the like). The rest of the presents come from my parents.
Call me spoiled, but I guess "Santa" likes me.

We usually got one big present from Santa, and whatever was in our stocking. The Santa presents were usually unwrapped, and sitting out in front of the Christmas tree on Christmas morning. The rest of our presents came from Mom and Dad. I think my parents did it that way, so they wouldn't have to wrap up the big presents.

My mother was a single mom raising three kids and we each got 8-9 presents most were little ones but 3 or 4 were either what we wanted or big ones.

My parents usually bought us 2 or 3 gifts. We opened them on Christmas Eve. Santa brought us each one big gift to open on Christmas morning and a small gift along with candy in our stocking.

I was always a bad kid so I never got any. Plus my parents were poor and we had to wear holey clothes that were too small for us. Thanks for bringing back the horrible memory of my childhood. I think I need to see a psychologist again now.
