Can next season even come close to the brilliant writing that this season accomplished....what is your theory on next season's plot

I thought it was great! I do wish they'd given us more on the family & what went on those two days in the storage container - why was Brian so frightening to everyone, hum? Did Debra hear anything? ("she knows, she knows") - will that be revealed in next season? I think Doakes & Dex are gonna get into it big time too- I was so glad to see Dex throw him up against that wall! And LaGuerta & the Captain - god, I wanted the ITK to get him! I can't wait till next season & a new killer for Dexter to chase...

I think we will be in for a big disappointment next season. Every plot this season was brilliant and suspenseful. I don't even know how they will give us a more intimate view of Dexter without tearing down his hard shell exterior.

I found this season flawed so I have to thin it can only get better.
Think about Rudy and all he knew about Dexter. How did he learn all this?
How did he learn the significance the photos in Dexter's scrap book?
How did he know where Dexter's first victim came from?
How did he find Dexter's drowned victim?
How did he get the money to buy all the stuff he had?
How did he get his medical training only recently killing the real Rudy?
What was the deal with all the hookers? That was never explained.
And what about Dexter's killing Rudy. Did the camera above the apartment front door suddenly cease to exist?
It seemed to me that these questions needed to be answered to make the show better.

Dexter will be hunted because Rudy left clues about him.

I think it will be fixed on his relationship with his girlfriend and the black cop that doesn't trust him.
But I agree - this season was fantastic
