Might I say that this is an excellent question and I have often thought about how much beer or spirits it would take to get a centipede or even a millipede legless.
I have drawn a few conclusions based on a few simple facts. It is only a small creature and probably would only take maybe a few sips. You surely must have seen how drunk small women get in pubs after sipping maybe half a lager. Well the two creatures are in many ways related. Just think about all them shoes.

It all depends on his body type (is he beefy or one lean machine?), how accustomed he is to drinking alcoholic beverages (he could build up a bit of a tolerance, you know!), whether or not he's eating as he drinks (food in the stomach can slow down the effects of booze), how susceptible he is to what his drinking companions might think (peer pressure and/or public ridicule can be powerful behavior modifiers), and, finally, how many of his legs are in 100 percent working order.
In a nutshell, more specific information is needed to give an accurate answer.

hehehehe you made me laugh, nice one :) You will have to watch Cedric closely and count the legs as they buckle. My cat manages about 2 vodkas, then it's taps shut as it gets totally out of order. (course it's a teen) hehe
