Soft drinks are highly acidic -- check the ingredients, most of them have phosphoric or citric acids in them, pH values around 3 or less are not unusual.
Saliva is usually mildly acidic, around 6.6 seems typical, but it varies from person to person, varies with the health of the individual, and cycles both daily and seasonally. It can come above 7 in some circumstances. I just found a couple of cool papers from 70 years ago: J Dent Res 16(5): 409-416, 1937 "SOME OBSERVATIONS ON THE pH OF SALIVA" and J Dent Res 23(5): 363-374, 1944 "STUDIES ON THE pH OF SALIVA"
Milk is normally slightly acidic, and becomes more so the longer it sits around -- the pH drops as milk goes sour. I'd imagine there are systematic variations with species -- human milk and cow milk and goat milk won't have the same pH -- and will vary with what the mammal in question ate recently. A value of 6.7 for fresh cow's milk seems typical.
Venal blood has a lot of CO2 dissolved in it, which drops the pH to around 6.7, so again, slightly acidic (although not as much as you think, because at 37ºC, the temperature of blood, neutral is pH 6.8, not 7.0).
However, arterial blood (with O2, not CO2) has a pH above 7, it's about 7.6.
The best answer is blood, as long as it's in the arteries (and not the more acidic veins), and as long as you aren't so sick that your saliva is out of whack. However, given that none of these material is a pure substance of defined composition, and given that three of them have pH values very close to neutral, I'd suggest that it's not a very well-designed question.

Boy, we are extremely scraping the bottom of the barrel for non-alcoholic beverages when we are speaking blood and saliva. In answer for your question, i'd wager that milk is the single which isn't acidic. i'm extremely particular that both saliva and delicate beverages may be acidic. Blood...i don't think of that's acidic both, yet you tell me.
