You may remember me posting a questions last week, but I had an interview last Monday and I was to find out the results by Friday. My phone acts up and turned itself on vibrate so I missed her call on Friday (I had a missed call from her). I called back but she'd left for the day so I left a voice mail and I have yet to hear back from her today...Monday. Should I wait or call? I'm anxious! They don't usually call if they don't want you but now I'm worried that she accidentally called me. She also said she doesn't like leaving people VMs because she likes to talk to an actual person. Should I be concerned? Should I call her back this afternoon or just wait it out? If I take this job, my last day for my current job will be Friday so I need to know ASAP!

Yes, definitely call back. You are showing your potential new employer that you are a "go getter" and take the initiative to stand up to the plate. Call now! Good Luck

Go ahead and call... you'll appear to be interested in the job and that's not a bad thing
