It really isn't good for an 18 year old to get breast implants because believe it or not you're still growing.

It isn't recomended to get breast implants at 18. Even if you haven't grown in years, there is a possibility that you still could. Most resprectable surgeons won't even perfom the procedure on an 18 year old. Do what makes you happy but be safe. What would waiting another year or two hurt?

first you need to ask yourself "why" you WANT to have major surgery that isn't necessary for your health. Counselling may be a better option for improving how you see yourself.
another point is that you could very well still be growing. personallly, i grew a lot around the age of 14, stopped, then had another significant "growth spurt" around the age of 20.
Also, getting breast implants can go VERY wrong, scarred, misshapen breasts are not attractive. and even if you don't have any comlications, it's usually not possible to breast feed after implants, so you may want to think ahead to try & conserve your body parts for their intended purpose.
also, big breasts are not fun. back pain, neck pain, no running, having to wear 2 or 3 bras just to work out, not being able to go strapless... etc. etc..

I wouldn't recommend it because your body is still changing. Even though height wise you may not have grown, the rest of your body is still catching up.
I was a large A, small B cup all throughout high school and most of college. All of a sudden my junior year of college I jumped up to a C cup. By the end of my senior year I was at a D cup.
I'm kinda short (5'3") and have gained about 25 lbs in the last 5 years or so and most of it went to my boobs.

Once you get implants, you will have to have them the rest of your life. If you take them out, you will have even smaller breasts because the surgeon would have to cut off all the extra skin from you stretching them out from the implants. I have been a B cup my whole life and I just don't get the whole implant thing. Now, if you had a breast removed from a mastectomy, then I understand it. But not just to have bigger breasts. If you were meant to have bigger breasts, God would have given them to you. Just because surgeon's CAN doesn't mean they SHOULD.

I like girls with b's they are perfect and so do many other gentledude's out there. Ive never seen you but I can picture the sizes well enough. 34b is cool if your petite or anywhere close. If you do decide to go for C and nothing bigger. D's are played out and you end up looking like a hoe.. hah

you continue to grow into your early 20's, and they will change size as you gain or lose weight, and they will get bigger when you have kids. It also depends on your body type. girls who are short and stocky fill out quick and don't get much bigger as they get older, but girls who are taller and skinnier take a lot longer to fill out.
To me personally, I prefer real breasts no matter what size they are.
