I mean to store it in a file and use it on any computer when I want to upload the photo. For example when completing a form that am asked to upload a photo. please if I can, help me with how.

If I need something on my house computer and on my work computer or on the library computer I send what ever it is to my yahoo account this way I can access it at any computer

Try use yahoo briefcase.
You can access it from any computer that has internet capabilities.

You can use www.photobucket.com and access your pictures from any computer.
by the way its free...
