House: you get to "prune it" to your own tastes and put a nail in the wall whenever you darned please.

Depends, a house is gonna cost more. When things break in your house you have to pay, when they break in an apartment the land lord pays!!! I live in an apartment because then I can spend all my money on Toys and gettin laid!!!
