Is the following correct ?

"Li I = Lithium Iodide"

I'm not sure if its Lithium Iodide or Lithium Iodine

It's Iodide. Iodine would be the name of the element with no charge. With a -1 charge, it becomes Iodide.

The second atom (element)(ion) unless it is a polyatomic ion is always 'ide'.
