Yes, that's normal. You will most probably not put on your first 5 pounds until you are around 5 months along. I had terrible morning sickness with both of my daughters and I lost 15-20 pounds with each of them. So weight and size doesn't have that much to do with the health of your baby in the first trimester. Believe me you will gain weight fast enough so don't worry. Congrats on concieving and Good Luck!

Yes, that's normal!! You might not begin to show until after 3 months. (But you're small, so maybe a little bit sooner) If you have other questions like this, you should make sure you see a doctor ASAP!! This is important so you can make sure you're giving your baby a good diet and treating your own body good. They can also answer ANY question you have, and if your doctor makes you feel uncomfortaable or stupid, go to another one! They should be there to support YOU!

I am 5'10" and 117 lbs prepregancy...I did not start to show AT ALL until I hit about my 4th month. I was very noticeable at 6 months. Don't worry. Nothing's wrong...enjoy the flat stomach as you'll be begging for it back in another month or two. Good luck with everything!

First, who do you take after in your family? Do you look like your mom's side or your dad's? Ask the females when they started to show. I was 5'2'' and 120 with my first, and I didn't start to show until my fourth month (late in my fourth). I fit into my regular jeans with room to spare until then. So by that, yeah I would say that you are pretty normal.

I personally didnt show "show" until my 8th month! But you tend to get a little belly around 4 to 5 months.. but depending on the person everyone is different!

If this is your first child and you have good strong abs, you may not be showing. You may also be one of these ladies that carries their child more in the back instead of all out front. Don't worry, you will start to expand in no time.

It's normal. I didn't start showing until I was more than 6 months along. If it's your first, you probably won't be showing for a while. Be happy you don't have to buy a ton of maternity clothes. They suck!!

In a couple of months. My wife used cocoa butter on her stomach daily to avoid stretch marks. It worked great as she is back to a flat stomach and no stretch marks after two children!
