If you do that (you can't anyway), your computer will not work anymore. Your BIOS handles all of the basic hardware settings that makes your computer run.

I'm with the others on this - don't do it! There must be a reason for your question? I would love to know what it is! Are you sure it is the BIOS you want to disable, and not something else?

If you could be more specific it would help. As stated in the other answers here, the BIOS is essential to the booting and running of your PC. Give me a better idea of what you want to do, and i'll try to help.

You want to disable the Binary Input Output System of your computer. Thats like removing the ground floor of a skyscraper. It wont work!

Open the case, look for the bios chip on the motherboard, pull it out, then nothing will work at all, if thats want you want.
