His FBI 'Ten Most Wanted' description does not mention 911. That's a tad bit odd, I think. But now I want to hear from the sheep, too, so let me hear your baaaah's!

He was placed on the FBI's most wanted list in 1999 and they've never sought an indictment against him for 9/11 because the prior indictment (for the embassy bombings) is enough to keep him wanted. I suspect there are also some complex legalistic reasons for their delaying an indictment for 9/11 - i.e., keeping that in reserve in case there is ever a problem with the existing indictment.

If the USA goes into Pakistan and gets him, that would cause Pakistan to go from a moderate government to possibly a theocraitc regime much like Iran. Keeping him contained in Pakistan is better than the alternative of muslim upraor in a nuclear country.

Really? Interesting. Whatever he's wanted for, he should be tortured and killed in an extremely painful way. Not humane, I'm sure, but he should get what he gives.

NancyKay, I think what he's trying to say is that that was a pretty huge thing and you'd think it would be listed.
