No, that's just a stereotype. Angels come in many different appearances. Like I said in your last question, my angel is a tall, skinny guy around 25 - 30. Unless, my angel is out of the norm.

No, Angels are not even human and not made in a human form...
Angels are made from light, Satan/Lucifer made from fire, Jinns and demons from smoke. All are not from an organic source.
Only mankind, animals, and insects are made from the lowest element found on Earth and that is dirt/clay mixed with 75% water/H2O....
Being Blond with blue eyes is something made from dirt and could have dirt inside and outside...

They seem to be stereotyped with blonde hair and blue eyes the majority of time, but I'm sure there are some with other colours of hair and eyes.
