This question would be a lot easier to answer if I knew the subject, but it's all in interconnectivity.

Find a way to relate it to something you like.
Find a buddy who likes it and study with them.
Make it fun. Make a game out of it.
Reward yourself, and stick to the plan. For example, if you finish all the math problems for the week, you can play Playstation for an hour after. If you don't finish... no Playstation.

This may seem like a basic answer, but practice practice practice.

It would help if you would say what subject.

Math, spelling and reading are all good subjects to practice. When you get into Chemistry... it gets harder to practice that.

Are you homeschooled? Look up online about the subject and try to find something interesting about it. Go to the library and read about it. Ask for a different textbook to read - some are better than others. Look for audio books about it, maybe you are more of an auditory learner.

Are you in regular school? try all of the above for homeschooling, but also ask your teacher for extra help.

That's all I can say given the lack of info in your question.
