how do deaf people dream?? and if they actually know their voice?

It depends...I am Deaf, but was not born deaf, so I dream just like everyone else, I think....the Deaf that I know who were born deaf dream just visually, without sound. (How can you dream that which you have no prior concept of?). For your second question, again, it depends on when the person lost their hearing. I have forgotten what alot of things sound like, so I'm not sure if I'd recognize my voice. Again, how could a person born deaf recognize that of which they have no prior experience?

Just like hearing people. You don't need to be able to hear to dream.
