Horror - 28 days later, The Lost Boys, Any of the Living Dead series, All the Evil Dead films and numerous more which I can't remember at this point in time!
Comedy - Any of Kevin Smiths films apart from Jersey Girl (Dogma and Clerks are my top two), Any of Tim Burtons (Beetlejuice, Corpse Bride and Edward Scissorhands being a few of my favourites!)
I'm not so sure about the other genres you mentioned, but hope this helps!

Comedy: Little Miss Sunshine; A Fish Called Wanda
One of the best movies OF ALL TIMES, however, is Casablanca (Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman). It doesn't really fall into any of the categories above, but is really is a movie you must see!
