It always has to be a glass of sherry and mince pie for santa,then a carrot for Rudolf.When the kiddies have gone to sleep I drink the sherry and leave the empty glass to prove Santa came.The mince pie and carrot just get put away,but always leave the empty plate with a few crumbs on.

I would put out
chocolate chip and raisin cookies, brownies and milk.
in a little baggie the kids would put in carrots and apple slices for the reindeer.

As I live in a bungalow with mainly elderly neighbours like Myself I have given up leaving the sherry and mincepie out cos he goes past on his way to make sure all the little children get their pressies......Maybe one year he will call......Who Knows????
