She doesn't seem to be too much of a friend If she gets on your nerves to the point where you don't want to invite her to your party. you need to talk to her, If she Is a friend she should straighten up her attitude and understand that the things she's doing are irritating you to the point where you two are about to lose friendship. If she gets upset and still acts the same just leave her alone and later tell her she wasn't invited because you can't deal with her anymore. Now Is the time you need to start standing up for yourself and what you believe In or your going to have drama In your life because you don't want to tell someone how you really feel.

If she is a bad person, either don't invite her and have nothing to do with her or try just being nice to her- sometimes people aren't really bad they just want attention and are usually unhappy people

Tell her that there is a limited amount of people that can come and unfortunately she didn't make the cut and you are really sorry that she cant come but then make plans to hang out with her another time!
