Installed IE7
Popup cannot be turned off or options modified
Security center does not load: Entry point error message at windows initiation
Cannot reload security center.

Go to your contol panel and UN install yahoo IE7 the IE6 will come back you should be ok then.Good Luck

go back to the previous version of IE. IE7 interferes with some things and will not let them uninstall. I had the same problem with McAfee Internet Security.

Uninstall IE7.
Install Firefox.
Problem solved. :-)

Popup blocker is included on your yahoo toolbar for secure practices, in case you desire to do away with it in simple terms uninstall the completed yahoo toolbar from the administration panel upload get rid of classes, yet verify you turn your firewall on..
