No you will not get any updates and they have your IP address if they desire to take criminal action against you. You can download the same program free from AOL. No more updates, for sure. Not sure if the services will continue to run. I'd suggest you get a legal key, or replace it with a free AV package such as Avast.

no more update they will soon lock it.. as u know if they make software they know how to pul it back.. i suggestgo for activevirusshield its also powered by kaspersky
