No I haven't seen one. That is if you refer to anything seen in the sky that cannot be identified (hence, the term UFO).
For Aliens or Extra-Terrestials, I haven't seen one either. But I do believe they exist. Why am I saying this?. Think of the matter in this way:
Our solar system is a group of planets revolving around our Sun. The Earth, where we humans live and exist, is one of these planets. Our sun is a star and the whole universe is composed of millions or probably billions of stars similar to our sun. Each of these stars have their own solar systems, with planets revolving around them as well. Are we to believe that in the vast expanse of the universe with billions of solar systems, our Earth is the only planet that is capable of supporting life beings?. Simple statistics and probabilities surely shows that this cannot be the case.
Our present science as it is, regardless of our advances in Astronomy is still very limited. We can only explore within our own solar system, and even that is still very limited. Had any man-made craft able to reach as far away as Pluto (the farthest planet in our solar system)?. Even the most powerful Radio-telescope in existence only allow us to look at more distant stars and galaxies, but still not powerful enough to see individual planets on even the nearest star.
Life beings on other galaxies, assuming that they have the same level of technology as we have, or more primitive technology than what we have now, then there will be no chance that we can ever make any contact with them (not in several hundred years, at least). On the other hand, if these life beings possess technology much highly advanced compared to our own, then it's likely that they have already known of our existence.

Lots of people see UFOs all the time, because the 'U' stands for 'unidentified.' If you mean by UFO an "alien spacecraft of unearthly origin," nothing like that has ever been verified beyond a reasonable doubt.
It's very interesting, though, that people who "believe" (a mostly religious word) in UFOs which had to travel a distance of light *years* to get here also tend to *disbelieve* that real, live, verifiable humans ever landed on the moon, a mere 2/3 light-second away from earth.

I've seen lots of things that other people with me couldn't explain. But since I have spent many years looking at the sky, I knew what I was looking at each time - meteorites, planes, helicoptors, Iridium flahses, MIR, the ISS, satellites, birds, etc. In 13 years of looking up, I've never seen anything that I couldn't find a normal explanation to. Most people who think they have seen UFOs just don't know what the sky looks like. There are no aliens visiting us.

Funny how those who claim to have seen a UFO (meaning alien spacecraft) are the same who claim to have seen ghosts.
It is even funnier that those literally THOUSANDS of "outer space craft" have bothered to travel thousands of light years, just to hide from us and just reveal themselves to a handful of "anointed" humans.
Don't believe what cannot be proven.

yes, i've seen something. it was definitely not a meteor or plane. it was something. i don't know what it was but i did see it do things in the air no earthplane can do, and then took off into the stars almost faster than my eyes could follow. i'm not saying it was aliens but i don't know what else it possibly could have been. i'm no nutter, either, just to be clear. it was a UFO in the most strict definition. and i don't believe in ghosts

I was abducted a few years ago, then just recently as well, I like the saucer xt-9 flown by western aliens, I found these aliens to be a little less gentle when using the probe on me.

From my memory being underneath one feels like you're in some really strong electrical field. It makes your hair stand up on your arms and the humming sound can drive you crazy too.It seems that they're so fast that there isn't any sonic boom. Whatever though. The one I have seen is like a copper gold or bronze.Really sharp looking color though.

I have never seen them with my eyes...well, I do see twinkling lights and think they are UFO's but after a while I figure out that they are stars or planes. But people have reported seeing UFO...I think we need to give a bit of a thought...

I observed them, and specific they are genuine yet i does no longer nurture any Spielbergian fantasies of them being friendly. I wrote a different to somewhat cover my genuine-existence reviews as fiction; a pair of videos have wrapped the fact in a riddle in comparable vogue: The Fourth style positively became based loosely on witness bills comparable to my own. "fire interior the Sky" became an account of the Travis Walton abduction which differed a great deal from any version of the story that the guy ever advised until now, yet became in fact extra comparable to different witness bills in specific respects. My merchandising approach for my technology "faction" tale did no longer initially comprise "according to actual" something; it became to initially shop on with the unwritten regulations to flow approximately focused on the main surprising objective marketplace interior the main surprising way. specific events interfered besides, and that i became blackballed by ability of the literary marketplace regardless of my favorable evaluation from Kirkus Discoveries. So, now I in basic terms say it flat out.
