what does it mean that my kaspersky key is now blacklisted?

means the key you have has been stolen and used several times and Kaspersky has caught up with it. License keys are supposed to be used for just one PC, but the license you have has been used for at least 2.

You're using a stolen, key-genned, or pirated key. Either someone gave you a bogus key, or you had a legal one and gave it away too many times. Give away a key once, you might as well give it away 1,000 times.
