Just be patient in due time there will always be something new to look forward to like with schooling in grammar school, you look forward to high school, and in high school, you look forward to college, and after college you look forward to a job and even though you are at the end of the cycle and feel there is nothing else to look forward to there is plenty of things like that promotion or that raise or planning the best office party ever. You just have to think above and beyond when in situations like these.

Then I suggest you find a cause for your life start by helping others ,,,Maybe an old age home they are begging for company just something for them to look forward to or if you have abilities to teach and help maybe a person from another country learn to speak english or if you do not know how to start this process go to the scholols around you and ask or maybe the churches have many people that do not have all the time to think of just themselves and would love and really need you in their life,,,Good Luck

Everyday i see the world and all in it as so cold..but I have hope in the world because i dont know what the next day will hold.

I have yet to see, think, or act in the same way of any day in my life...everyday is something new, different, less or more exciting..keeps me going just knowing no two days are alike.

Try laughing at something or someone..there's a new study that said laughter releases those same endorphines that exercise, sex and chocolate do. The feel good chemical should help.

You find something that will make you look forward to the a new beginning not to the end...life is not a book that can be opened and closed, it is a open to everything even when you feel like its not....

Get a hobby, take a class, or volunteer at your local homeless shelter or nursing home. Thinking of others is the best way to stop feeling like your life is in a ditch.

Take a nap, wake up and you'll be surprised how much better you will feel. Repeat every day for the rest of your life. It's not that bad.
