Of course - sperm can still find a way to slip out there even before you ejaculate. It would be easier for her to get pregnant in her most fertile times of the month. Pulling out is not a method to use, though if you don't want to have a baby. You may want to restrain from doing that anymore if you don't have a condom and she's not on birth control! Hope all turns out alright!

You should always use protection, not just to prevent pregnancy but also to prevent spreading diseases. Yes she could get pregnant even though you didn't inside her, you actually release some right before you know you actually feel it, forgot the scientific name to it....
