Chill and eat, therefore it helps the farmers and business, weed is harmless really, i mean a drunk person is way worse! they get in cars and drive, do stupid things get mad way too easy, have you ever seen a pissed off pot head? i haven't! oh yeah it is not addictive! i used to smoke all the time and quit like it was nothing! like the next day i was done, come on ppl don't say things about stuff u don't really know.

I think anyone who answers this question is going to say yes. I say yes and I'm not a "stoner". I just think weed is just as bad a alcohol. I think some day soon we will see weed legalized, but it will have the same legal constrants as alcohol. Well thats my answer.

Yeah...I think that it should be and I don't even smoke anymore. My reasoning behind my yes would be because it would save a whole lot of unnecessary jail space. It's weed for cryin' out loud. I would honestly rather be high than drunk. I think the only reason it hasn't been legalized is because they can't figure out how to control it or tax it!!!

Since booze and cancer sticks are, of course it should. The drawbacks to its being illegal far outweigh the advantages, and even if the stuff were more nocive than it is, it should be legal because you don't get people to act responsibly by forbidding them everything that's less wholesome than apple pie.

Yes, I think most people do. They should put it on a vote nationwide and see what happens but the conservatives will probably try to stuff the ballot boxes or hang the chads.

yes ... if addictive drugs, all of them, were legalized, this would save tens of thousands of lives in one fell swoop. Alcohol, nowadays, is still a social problem. But no one gets shot in the street in fights over turf, nor killed from the products of back wood stills, or from bathtub gin, and pot has many industrial uses also.
