i have a nokia 6280 is there any sat nav software that i can downlosd on my phone fro free would be great

I dont think the Nokia 6280 supports satnav. you need a smartphone like a E61,N70,N73 and bluetooth GPS reciever, which will cost £60-100.
You could get a Windows Mobile like the SPV 500 an other spv phones.

cellular with Satnav potential you purely have one gadget. I also have a Blackberry with Telenav satnav put in. constantly up as much as now, constantly works. I also have a Visorblade bluetooth palms unfastened so i can respond to calls legally jointly as utilising.
