You may have a urinary tract infection. I developed one for no reason at all while I was pregnant...by no reason at all, I mean, I was drinking plenty of fluids to flush my system (6 liters), eating healthy, etc. I just developed one. Mine lasted for 3 weeks before I got fed up and went to the doctor. She said it was such a bad UTI it was actually almost in my kidneys...which is supposedly VERY painful. The thing is, I didn't have ANY other UTI symptoms. Most people say they hurt very bad, but I just felt like I had to go constantly! I've never had another one so I can't say that it was just while I was pregnant. However, one of my friends in BOTH of her pregnancies got a UTI and neither one hurt. She said it was weird b/c she will get them when she's NOT pregnant and it hurts like crazy. So if it keeps up, maybe you should see a doctor.
I would say it's the baby on your bladder since you are pregnant, but most of the time you will actually have to go. One trick is to lean all the way forward. That helps to press more on your bladder and release the urine that may not want to come out. I'd say if you are worried, see a doctor just to be on the safe side!
Good luck and I hope it gets better!!!!

Oh, just wait till 8 or 9 months!!!! lol! Honey we all go through it.... Actually this drove me insane and I did some research to find out that when we are pregnant we do have a hard time getting all the urine out so some will stay in....It may sound gross but while I was on the toilet I used to change positions or press in on my bladder to get rid of a little bit more....it really didn't matter all that much however, because the weight of everything pushing and prodding on the bladder, I still felt like I had to go every 5 minutes anyway! :) Good Luck my friend!

Okay I don't miss this at all! My son now is almost 6 months old. And I know exactly how you feel. The thing is at 5 months pregnant the baby is filling up the womb and is pressing down on your bladder and maybe you have urine in your bladder but not enough to come out. Hope this makes sense and good luck with the new baby!

I learn Natural Childbirth the Bradley Way. It even comprises the sporting events you ought to train. I additionally learn The Brewer Medical Diet for Normal and High-Risk Pregnancy. I adopted the Brewer vitamin whilst I was once pregnant. I used the Bradley procedure with all 4 of my births. I additionally learn Husband Coached Childbirth, however that booklet does now not include what you ought to train to get competent for start.

If the baby is pressing against your bladder, then you may feel like you need to go.

I'm in that stage too! It's soooo annoying!! It's just your baby playing with your bladder. I've learned to just chalk it up to my daughter thinking it's a ball and wanting to play with it. Silly I know but it helps me cope with the annoyance.

it only gets worse. but feeling like you have to go and then not being able to is a sign of a uninary tract infection. Very common in pregancy. check with your doc.
