I know that this might not sound like a Christmas food, but my great grandmother used to make Caramel Candy every year for Christmas, and now that she has had several strokes and cannot do anything for herelf we don't have it anymore. Everybody misses it! Me and my grandmother are going to try to make it this year! I hope it turns out! LOL

Any excuse for mashed potatoes, gravy, and stuffing. All the trimmings.

I normally try to eat healthy, but the holidays are total splurge time. Bring on the holiday food!

My favorite Christmas meal is gungo peas &rice with bake or fried chicken along with sorrel drinks.
