Tilex Mold and Mildew remover. Just spray it on the surface and let it soak for about 15 minutes then rinse it away. Be careful though, because it will bleach your clothes.

Well.. I have been doing it..
DO NOT use a wire brush of any kind.. You can buy a grout brush at the Walmart... home depot... etc or as I did. use an old tooth brush
You can use grout cleaner that you get at Home Depot.. I know it is best becaues I have tried many things and the grout cleaner at Home Depot is by far the best.. OR.. If you can find it.. I also LOVE that stuff called HOLY COW.. I got it at Sam's Club.. It is a spray

I like to use oven cleaner. It's stronger than anything designed for the bathroom or kitchen. Just wipe it off before it eats away at the grout. About five or ten mins. should work wonders!

Use VIM (with bleach) cleaner and scrub with an old toothbrush. VIM has a mild abrasive texture that is effective.
