Isn't there something about not jumping into work for an hour after you eat? You might get cramps or something. Let your lunch settle first, just to be on the safe side.

Tuesday-Friday I wait until after lunch but Monday, just dont work for me, each time I try to start something I get distracted so I just gave up!! LOL

Nah, the lunch u just ate needs to digest, kick back, put ur feet up and by that time, youll be ready to clear ur desk and go home for the day..Have a great Monday Afternoon!

It is NOT after lunch...well, it totally depends on where you are. If you're in California, it is definitely still morning. Hmm...do you feel like working? If not, then just sit back and relax for a few more minutes. =)

You should, but for me it's not even lunch yet. Perhaps you should just think of it that way, there are places in the world where it's not lunch yet, so why worry

I would keep doing whatever your doing but if you work in an office oyu might what to make a concerned face and look like your concentrating every so often so your boss thinks you're working
