Yes, if he met a new girl he thinks is all that, he needs to break up with his girlfriend. She deserves better.

It sounds like he should explain to girlfriend #1 that this is an issue with her parents being so strick and that he really does like her. Then he should tell her that they should part for a while and remain friends so that they can start to see each other later on. Then he needs to wait a little while and then start dating girl #2. It'll only end in the long run anyways if their is that kinda restraint. If he does it like this then he has a chance to date her later on when she's able to date and she won't get hurt as bad in the meanwhile.

It all depends on how he feels. If he really loves or likes this girl hes with and enough to not break up with her, then he doesnt have to. If hes really into this other girl, and is more interested in her then hes gonna have to break up with her. Because if hes all about this other girl, then the girl hes with doesnt deserve to get her heartbroken... hes gonna have to let her go.

To follow his heart and to do what is right. He should stay with the one he loves instead of dumping her for this other girl.

well you need to tell him that he needs to pick the one that makes him more happier and the one that will last the longest and who he could see himself being with for a long time. and for the girl that the parents are stricted... dont blame the girl because it is defintley not her fault because her parents are strict.

based on the way you write, I'm figuring you probably aren't old enough to be dating anyway.. so wait until you both are over 18..
