If so, how did you get back up?

yes. was actually laying on the floor in such pain (emotionally) feeling that inside i was like chernobyl, everything polluted and killing everything around it. then i realize inside was more of a forest fire. still leaves devastation but also destroys old and diseased and allows growth for new and healthy. was able to go on from there.

Yup, i hit rock bottom. Its ok because the only place to go is up. I made a decision to get myself back up because Im worth it. Life is too short to screw up for long.

I got am now geting back on my way to being me again !
my dr put me on this stuff and i tryed to kill my self !
i have never felt lkie that befor and i dont want to feel like that a gain ! I got a job but its hard for me i am on my own after a divorce and i really dont have the gas to go to work now but i am still trying to hang in with the job . So what happen to you why are you down!

YES and i am still trying to get back up just when you think things are getting better something happens to put you right back where you started !! I wish i could give you an answer ,but i need to know how to do it myself !! SORRY!!!!!
