I'll try to answer this, but I'm making a few assumptions here. Not all men who wear wedding rings are married. Some are divorced, but still carrying the torch for their ex. Some others are widowers wearing their rings more out of habit than anything else. There are quite a few that are, ion fact, still married but separated, or just looking to cheat.
Best advice is to use your own best judgment in all situations.

I'm assuming that you mean to ask If a man is wearing a wedding ring does that mean he is married?
Not neccessarily. Some people wear their wedding rings after their spouse dies or after a divorce and there are even some men who get engagement rings. But I would advise against "going after" a guy with a wedding ring on. He is still committed in his heart.

However, it may be a chastity ring. In that case, go ahead if you are ready for a respectful relationship.

And in the opposite way, just because they aren't wearing a wedding ring doesn't mean they aren't married. My husband doesn't wear his when he is at work (he is a mechanic) or any other time when it could get caught on something.

Quite honestly, who knows?? I mean I am sure there are FEW men who may wear bands that are not married, but I am sure that number is very slim. The majority of men who wear bands are most likely married. Men don't like to be "tied down" and I think the only way that they would show off that fact that they are taken and happily married is if they actually were.. Just my opinion

Not necessarily. Some men might wear them to try to attract women, because there are alot of women out there who are attracted to married men. That is one possibility, the other may be that they don't want anyone hitting on them. They just want to be left alone. Men are strange creatures, so noone really knows why they do what they do.

Ah-- good question.

I have a couple friend's that wanted to do a week-long experiment to see if they got more female attention if they were wearing "fake" wedding bands (and expensive ones to boot).

This was in NYC at beginning of summer. Their findings? You better believe they got tons more attention from women. I even saw it happening. Must be the old-- if he is good enough to be taken then he would have been good enough for me/ competition thing. Not to sound like a dog but-- not the worst idea ever. Women need to lighten up.

ARE all men who wear wedding rings married.

And no, not necessarily. Some wear them for other reasons; for instance, to discourage women from coming onto them, or because they think it's 'cool' to be married.

I believe Catholic priests wear wedding rings and they are not married in the traditional sense.

I used to artwork in 2 factories and a warehouse. interior the warehouse subject, i would not placed on it at artwork, by using fact I did placed on my first ring, and lost it loading a customer's order in his truck. I felt so in charge that i offered yet another. at the two factories, it substitute right into a secure practices subject. the hoop can get caught up interior the equipment and he ought to lose a finger. i'm a 1st Responder additionally, and that i in my view had a fellow worker who substitute right into a sparkling hire. He chosen to placed on his ring (he substitute right into a newly wed) once I advised him to take it off. He ended up getting his hand caught in a press and overwhelmed his hand, and as you could guess, he lost his entire hand. There are adult adult males who won't placed on their jewelry so they'd look attainable, yet do no longer think of that the hoop would be a "shop away" sign to different women. one in each and every of my superb friends, residing in Sacramento, CA stopped wearing his ring by using option: whilst he wore his ring, he could no longer shop women from drawing close him.almost as though they seen it a project. it may artwork the two techniques, and purely by using fact a guy would not placed on a hoop, it would not inevitably mean he's making an attempt to have his cake and consume it too.
